TUCKRBOX: NYC FOOD BASED COMMUNITY ORGANIZATION SPOTLIGHT

What they do: TuckrBox is the first farm-to-lunch box meal delivery service and food education app for kids!

How they do it: TuckrBox puts kids in charge of lunch by offering healthy, nutritionally balanced meals that are fun and encourage kids to try new foods. They operate on a subscription-based model, delivering weekly – keeping lunch convenient and fresh! Plus, the mega-fun TuckrBox app engages kids with food, farm and nutrition concepts through the power of play.

TuckrBox is all about helping kids to become active eaters and aiding them in developing healthy eating habits on their own. The TuckrBox chefs create kid-centric recipes, each of which is nutritionally balanced and dietitian approved! All ingredients are sustainably sourced with a focus on local, seasonal produce.
